SVI Public Company Limited (SVI) would like to inform that, to follow the good corporate governance principle regarding the equitable treatment of shareholders, the Company is now providing an opportunity for shareholders to propose agenda and nomination of candidate for directorship of the Company in advance of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders for the Year 2010 with the criteria as announced on the Company's website http://www.svi.co.th from December 1, 2009 until January 15, 2010.
