Subject: To clarify the declaration of dividend payment published by some newspapers.
To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Since there is some public information released on the estimation of the dividend payment of the company's 2553 result.
Thus, we would like to clarify that the estimation of dividend payment was made by the company's management at Baht 0.20/Share in which the interim payment was made in the first quarter of 2553 at Baht 0.095/Share. The balance is expected to pay at Baht 0.105/Share.
However, the above payment has to be approved by the Company's Board of Directors and the Shareholders meeting later on.
We, therefore, inform you of the above for your acknowledgment and dissemination to the public and investors.
