The Board of Directors' Meeting, session 6/2007 of SVI Public Company Limited held on September 19, 2007 at 13:00 - 14.10 hr., at the company's Board Room, 33/10 Moo 4, Chaeng Wattana Road, Pakkred, Nontaburi 11120, has resolved the followings:
1. Approved the Minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting, No. 5/2007
2. Approved the establishment of SVI A/S as a subsidiary of the company located in Denmark for supporting the businesses oversea , with the registered and paid up capital in the amount of DKK 500,000.00 (DKK: Five hundred thousand only), equivalent to Baht 3,168,250.- (Baht Three million one hundred and sixty eighty thousand two hundred and fifty), based on the exchange rate as at September 19,2007 ( DKK 1 = Baht 6.3365), which SVI Plc.'s Shareholding of 100% .
We, therefore, inform you the above for your acknowledgement and dissemination to the public and other investors.
