Re : Report the Results of Warrant conversion to common shares
SVI Public Co., Ltd. has issued 35,872,808 warrants with an exercise price of Baht 10.00 per share at the ratio of 1 warrant to 1 common share. The warrant holders can exercise their rights on the January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15 of each year.
Regarding the amendment of the Company s par value. Thus, the Exercise Ratio and Price of Warrants to Purchase Ordinary Shares of the Company are amended as balance 358,727,220 units 1 unit of warrant to 1 unit of ordinary share at exercise price of 1.00 Baht/share. If the warrant holder wants to exercise his or her rights, he or she has to notify the company within 15 days prior to each exercise date. The exercise date was April 11, 2008.
The company would like to report the results of warrant conversion to common shares as of April 11, 2008 as follow:
