Re : The result of the exercise of SVI-W2

Pursuant to the issuance of SVI-W2 for 35,872,808 units of warrants with the exercise price of Baht 10.00 per share, exercise ratio of 1 warrant to 1 common share and exercisable every three months on January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15 and the last exercise on December 14, 2010.

According to the amendment of the Company's par value, thus current exercise price has been adjusted to 1.00 Baht/share at exercise ratio of 1 unit of warrant to 1 unit of ordinary share. The number of remaining warrants before this exercise was 275,920,591 units. The warrant holders intend to exercise his or her rights required to notify the company within 5 working days prior to each exercise date.

This exercise date is on 15 January 2010, the company would like to report the results of warrant conversion to common shares as follow:

Balance of the remaining warrants	266,070,271 units
Total number of reserved shares for SVI-W2	433,606,846 shares
