Re : Report the Results of Warrant conversion to common shares (ESOP-4)

          Since SVI Public Co., Ltd. has issued 5,500,000 warrants of ESOP, to have a right to exercise on ordinary shares, offering to the directors and employees with an exercise price at Baht 10.00 per share at the ratio of 1 warrant to 1 common share. The warrant holders can exercise their right as below, based on the maturity date of every year after permitted from the SEC's office.

          This exercise date is October 15, 2006. The company would like to report the results of warrant conversion to common shares as of October 15, 2006.
