Dividend Policy

SVI Public Company Limited (the “Company”) has a dividend payment policy to pay dividends at a rate of not less than 30% of consolidated net profit after deduction of all reserves required by law and the Company. However, the dividend payment ratio is dependent on the operating performance, cash flow, investment plans, financial position, legal restrictions, and other considerations as deemed appropriate for the Company and its subsidiaries. The dividend payment will be proposed to the shareholders for consideration and approval. The Company’s historical dividend payments are as follows:
