Pursuant to the issuance of warrant SVI-W2 with the exercise ratio of 1 unit of warrant to 1 unit of ordinary share at exercise price of 1 Baht per share.
During 1 January 2010 to 30 June 2010, there were 18,599,604 warrants exercised to buy common shares. The totalproceeds amounted to Baht 18,599,604 and the proceeds were used for Company's working capital.
